Residents will be assessed as to their potential for our Rehabilitation Program by licensed therapists of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Roubal Care and Rehab Center has a full-time Rehabilitation Aide to direct other therapeutic exercises for the residents.
Our rehabilitation services are provided by Greenfield Rehabilitation. Greenfield Rehabilitation has been providing quality care for Michigan and Wisconsin residents for over 34 years. Greenfield Rehabilitation’s main focus has been, and always will be, your and your care.

Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy is a form of health care which focuses on the prevention and/or treatment of physical problems such as weakness, poor coordination and balance, pain and movement dysfunction by using a variety of physical means as well as rehabilitation techniques.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapists work with individuals to help them regain their highest level of independence and allow them to live productive, satisfying lives while completing normal activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and eating through individualized treatment programs, resident/caregiver education, environmental and safety assessments and adaptive equipment.
Speech Language Pathology
Speech Language Pathologists provide both evaluation and treatment to residents with language, voice, articulation and fluency disorders. They are also trained to address swallowing disorders, work with laryngectomy patients, and facilitate augmentative communication.
